New Look is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager for the North of England to oversee the delivery of a well-maintained, compliant store environment across a national estate of c.300 stores in the UK & ROI. You will manage reactive and preventative maintenance, ensuring value for money and adherence to budgets.

In this role you will supervise external contractors, review performance against SLAs, and prepare capex papers for major works above £10,000.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail facilities management.
• Understanding of building services: HVAC, electrical, plumbing.
• Knowledge of leases and landlord/tenant repair obligations.
• Strong budget and contract management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement reactive and preventative maintenance programs within budget.
• Check, validate and authorise repairs and quotes up to £10,000.
• Prepare capex papers for major repairs above £10,000.
• Manage external contractors to meet brand standards and SLAs.
• Identify and assess maintenance issues compliant with H&S regulations.
