Job summary

TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of sites across the hospitality, sports and leisure sectors. You will lead onsite teams, drive service standards and manage day-to-day operations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role involves travel across the North of England, coaching teams, coordinating recruitment and training, and ensuring budgets are controlled. Flexible 40‑hour schedule, Wednesday to Sunday, with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple sites in hospitality, sports or leisure.
• Strong people leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and cover large sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured site visits to ensure service standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through open communication.
• Coach and support on-site teams to deliver excellent service.
• Manage rotas, hours and budget control.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training across your area.
• Review audits, identify improvements and take action.
• Ensure teams have tools and resources they need.
• Maintain compliance with company processes and standards.
• Work 40 hours, Wednesday to Sunday, with flexible arrangements.
