TC Facilities Management is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of hospitality, sports and leisure sites across the South of England. You’ll lead on-site teams, drive service standards, and build strong customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Conducting structured site visits to ensure service standards are met
• Building strong customer relationships through open communication
• Coaching and supporting on-site teams to deliver excellent service
• Managing rotas, reviewing hours, and maintaining budget control
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, and training across your area
• Reviewing audits, identifying improvements, and taking action
• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, equipment, and resources needed to succeed
• Maintaining compliance with company processes, policies, and standards
• Flexible 40 hours, Wednesday to Sunday
