Qualifikationen

• 3+ years proven experience in LDR/BDR/Inside Sales leadership.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
• Experience managing regional or multi-country teams (preferred: North Asia).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive net-new pipeline generation across North Asia markets.
• Deliver measurable impact on pipeline volume, value and velocity.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on target accounts, campaigns and conversion goals.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of LDRs across China, Japan, and Korea.
• Establish KPIs, activity benchmarks, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and pipeline inspections.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Commit to short- and long-term career development of team members.
• Build PDPs and career pathways.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Regional Leadership.
• Provide updates on pipeline performance, team productivity, and market insights.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to optimize strategies.
• Drive CRM and sales-engagement tooling usage and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards and insights; optimize workflows for efficiency.
• Champion adoption of AI-powered tools in LDR workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve prospecting efficiency and personalization.
