Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate CSA Project Manager to manage hyperscale data centre construction projects in Finland. The role includes overseeing pre-construction, construction, and close out phases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in large-scale projects, be able to commit to international travel, and understand the importance of teamwork. Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques.
• Experience working on Data Centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably on hyperscale builds.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects.
• Create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget.
• Coordinate Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase.

Skills

Understanding of large-scale technical projects

Ability to manage technical disciplines

Experience in Data Centre new build/refurbishment

Ability to commit to international travel
