Responsibilities

• Act as Non-Executive Director on the Trust Board.
• Lead as NED for Good Hope or QE as required.
• Attend meetings at hospital sites and on-site governance sessions.
• Support strategy, governance, risk, quality, finance, people and culture.
• Promote probity, transparency and accountability in use of public funds.
