Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience at board level or equivalent in the NHS or a large public sector organisation.
• Expertise in NHS governance, finance, risk management and public accountability.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and drive culture change across complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent judgement and constructive challenge to the Board and Committees.
• Oversee strategy, performance monitoring and financial controls across the Trust.
• Represent the Trust with stakeholders, staff and the public to maintain accountability.
