Job summary

PlusHeat is seeking a Non-Executive Chair to guide the next growth phase from its London base, working closely with the Founder & CEO, Board and shareholders to combine strong governance with active strategic input.

The ideal candidate will bring senior Board-level experience, fundraising and M&A expertise, and a pragmatic, commercially driven style to chair the Board, mentor the CEO, manage stakeholder relations, and help position the business for growth capital and an AI-enabled roll-up

Qualifications

• Experience as Chairman, CEO, investor or senior board member.
• Experience with founder-led high-growth businesses.
• Strong shareholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in fundraising, M&A and buy-and-build strategies.
• Extensive network across private equity, strategic investors and corporate finance.
• Commercial, pragmatic style with ability to challenge the CEO constructively.
