An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join a leading City firm in its top-tier Non-Contentious Construction practice in London. The team advises on a broad range of construction matters connected with significant development and investment projects.

The practice acts for a varied client base across the property, investment and construction sectors, advising on contractual arrangements, procurement strategy, project delivery and the management of construction-related risk.

Lawyers in the team work closely with colleagues across other transactional disciplines, giving the successful candidate exposure to matters that form part of wider real estate, finance and investment transactions.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England & Wales
• At least 6 years’ PQE gained in a leading non-contentious construction practice.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
