Job summary

The firm is seeking an Associate – Non-Contentious Construction (NQ-2 PQE) to join its Projects, Development & Construction team in the UK. You will advise on procurement strategies, draft and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts, and support clients on major development projects.

This role offers exposure to regeneration, housing, education, healthcare, energy and infrastructure projects, with opportunities to work alongside leading partners on international matters.

Qualifications

• NQ-2 years PQE focused on non-contentious construction.
• Familiarity with standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, EPC).
• Exposure to commercial and/or housing development work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive business development.
• Team player with an interest in construction and development sectors.

The Role

Work will span diverse sectors including regeneration, accommodation, education, and healthcare, alongside opportunities to work on energy and infrastructure projects.
