Qualifications

• Scots Qualified Construction Solicitor (1-4 PQE).
• Strong experience in non-contentious construction (mixed practices also considered).
• Familiarity with standard form construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC).
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage workloads independently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with ambition to progress.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating industry-standard contracts and advising on risk allocation.
