Job summary

Iconic Resourcing is seeking a qualified Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading UK law firm. The role is based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with hybrid working arrangements, full-time permanent and PQE of 2+ years.

You will advise on construction contracts, development agreements, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments for a diverse client base on landmark projects across the UK, including major regeneration schemes and energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to present legal information clearly.
• A commercial mindset and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advising developers, funders, public sector bodies and contractors on major non-contentious construction matters.
