Location

- Hybrid working between our Bridgwater site and home

Salary

- £135 Per Day

Hours

- Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, 30 mins break

About The Role

The NCR Facilitator is responsible for expediting and supporting the timely completion of Non-conformance reports through the online NCR management tool (CCIS/SWITCH). The role involves monitoring several contracts to ensure stakeholders complete their activities within the set time frames. NCR Facilitators attend NCR meetings for their contracts and support the review process. This position is within the quality department of the delivery directorate, which develops policies, standards, and oversees site activities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Producing reports (daily, weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Supporting the organisation and running of Quality Exceptions Panels, including scheduling, minute-taking, and record uploading.
  • Liaising between the Multi-Disciplinary Team, Suppliers, and CCIS admin to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitoring NCR status reports within their contracts.
  • Analyzing NCR KPI reports for effective management.
  • Supporting stakeholders in managing NCR processes timely.
  • Ensuring issues are captured, monitored, and addressed.
  • Expediting stakeholders to meet contractual response obligations.
  • Adhering to response time targets: 21 days for manufacturing NCRs and 28 days for site NCRs.
  • Supporting tool enhancements, training, onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Escalating non-compliance with NCR procedures.
  • Supporting access to Non-Conformance tools for users.
