Job summary

Our client, a well‑established main contractor, seeks a No1 Site Manager for a £500k light industrial mezzanine floor and full fit-out. The project programme is 16 weeks, with a strong pipeline of secured work ahead.

The No1 Site Manager will drive day‑to‑day site operations, ensure HSE compliance, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and maintain programme and quality standards throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS qualification required.
• First Aid qualification required.

We are assisting them in their search for a No1 Site Manager for a new project: a £500k light industrial mezzanine floor and full fit-out following, programme 16 weeks.

This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and a First Aid qualification.
