Job summary

SSE PLC is recruiting a NIS Project Delivery Manager to lead a team of NIS Physical Security Advisors and drive security and resilience across critical infrastructure locations in the UK. Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects or programmes across regulated environments.
• Experience delivering physical security, cyber security, OT or critical infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, governance frameworks and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks and stakeholders while balancing priorities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of NIS-related projects ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance documents, budgets and delivery schedules.
• Partner across the business to deliver physical security and resilience improvements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and report on progress, risks and recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities and work with teams to implement mitigations.
• Oversee project governance, budgets and compliance to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and contractors to deliver projects safely and to a high standard.
