Ninja Warrior UK Southampton is seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences across birthday parties, reception, café service and obstacle course activities. You will engage with children and families, ensure smooth celebrations and promote memberships and events.

Join a dynamic, fast-paced leisure venue where teamwork, reliability and high-energy customer service are essential. Training is provided, with shifts including evenings and weekends to fit school holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, leisure, entertainment, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Confident communicating with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Delivering amazing birthday parties and group events.
• Welcoming guests at reception and checking bookings.
• Supervising activity areas and obstacle courses, delivering safety briefings.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
