Job summary

Gymfinity Kids Bolton is seeking a passionate Ninja & Parkour Coach to join our dynamic team. Plan and deliver fun, safe Ninja and Parkour sessions for children, helping them learn new skills and build confidence in a high-energy environment.

Bring energy, creativity, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-growing, activity-led club. You’ll work closely with parents, maintain top safety standards, and contribute ideas to develop the programme while supporting kids’ wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience with children or in parkour, ninja, gymnastics, martial arts or fitness.
• Energetic, outgoing personality capable of leading groups.
• Passion for working with kids and helping them grow.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and building relationships.
• Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends.
• Qualifications in sports coaching or related disciplines (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design obstacle-course style activities that support agility, balance, strength, and coordination.
• Be a positive and energetic role model who makes every session exciting and engaging.

• Identify training opportunities for yourself and your fellow coaches.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Contribute ideas and energy to team meetings and club development.
• Help build an inclusive, upbeat, and collaborative team culture.

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous coaching experience (ideally with children or in sports like parkour, Ninja, gymnastics, martial arts, freerunning, or fitness training).
• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to lead groups with confidence.
• A genuine passion for working with kids and helping them grow.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and building positive relationships.
• Team-player mindset with a desire to learn, develop, and have fun while doing it.
• Flexible availability – especiallyevenings and weekends.

Preferred (but not essential):

• Qualifications in sports coaching, gymnastics, parkour, or similar disciplines.
• Experience designing or delivering structured obstacle-based training.
