Working remotely, you will manage cases from initial enquiry through to resolution, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance, timely communication, and exceptional service throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience handling sensitive information. Knowledge of military compensation claims, hearing loss claims.
