Keys Group is seeking a Female Waking Nights Support Worker to provide care for young people in a family home during the night in Pulborough. This role requires resilience, empathy, and a real commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• You should have a real passion to support children in a homely environment.
• Good level of English communication.
• Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a caring team to provide a safe, loving home for children during the night.
• Act as a positive role model to encourage and praise.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at night.
• Provide emotional support to help children reach their potential in challenging situations.
• Assist with moving and handling for children who use wheelchairs.
• Build friendships and trusting relationships with young people.
