Over the past three years, Pavers has grown almost 50%, and as part of this expansion, we are looking for a permanent full-time Nightshift Warehouse Team Manager to join us at our Distribution Centre/Warehouse on Northminster Business Park in York. You will help further drive this growth and support the smooth operation of our warehouse.
This role involves working 42 hours per week on a Monday to Thursday shift pattern, from 7pm to 6am.
You will lead a team of 10-27 people alongside and reporting into our Shift Manager. Your responsibilities include line management duties such as coaching and developing your team, inspiring them to meet and exceed KPIs and targets, performance management, identifying efficiency opportunities, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The warehouse is a key strategic part of our company. It’s a fast-paced environment, covering over 100,000 sq feet, ensuring our customers and stores receive the right products at the right time.

£29,000 per annum (reviewed annually) plus nightshift allowance of £4,680, discretionary annual bonus, increasing holiday entitlement with service, access to RetailTRUST, free onsite parking, and more.
