Job summary

Culina is seeking a confident Warehouse Nightshift Team Lead to join our Contract Logistics operation in Worksop. The role leads a team in a fast-paced modern warehouse, ensuring productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are met daily.

You will support the Shift Manager by motivating and developing the team, maintaining smooth operation and ensuring customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a similar environment.
• Comfortable handling alcohol products within a Beer, Wines and Spirits operation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of warehouse colleagues across the operation.
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, making sure all processes and records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to ensure the operation meets customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication so colleagues stay informed, engaged and focused on priorities.
• Support the smooth running of goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received, handled and made available efficiently.
• Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance and encourage progression.
• Support people processes, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters, in line with company procedures.
