Sainsbury's Weston-super-Mare is seeking a dedicated Nightshift Manager to lead our overnight replenishment, organise the warehouse and ensure shelves are stocked for morning trading. You’ll run the full shift and safeguard colleague wellbeing.

You’ll coach a team, drive KPI performance, manage disciplinary and attendance issues, and uphold safety standards. The role offers a 4-night schedule with a £4,500 premium and a comprehensive range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a frontline team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong record of achieving KPIs across sales, availability, and customer satisfaction.
• Skilled in managing employee relations, performance and absence issues.
• Experience working night shifts in a high-volume store is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight replenishment and prioritise deliveries, organise warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Oversee the full shift operations, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Maintain high standards to ensure ready-to-serve stores in the morning.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries and scheduling to protect store performance.
