Qualifications

• Experience supervising workshop or manufacturing operations, preferably in steel fabrication.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable supervising in an industrial workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations to achieve productivity, safety, and quality targets.
• Plan and allocate work based on production schedules.
• Manage priorities and act as the main contact during the shift.

Skills
