You will supervise the night shift, allocate work, monitor output and quality, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong fabrication and sheet-metal experience, can read engineering drawings, manages people effectively, and keeps safety at the forefront while driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Fabrication Supervisor, Sheet Metal Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader looking for a night-shift leadership position?

We are recruiting for a hands‑on Metal Work Supervisor to lead a night‑shift production team within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role would suit someone who understands sheet metal and fabrication but also knows how to organise people, maintain production standards and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

The Role

• Supervise the night‑shift metalwork team
