Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Metal Work Supervisor to lead the night-shift production team in a busy manufacturing environment. The role focuses on hands-on leadership in sheet metal fabrication, ensuring work is produced to drawings and specifications while maintaining high safety standards.

You will allocate tasks, monitor quality and output, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues, driving continuous improvement and staff development on a permanent night

• Supervisory or team leader experience within manufacturing.
• Strong fabrication / sheet-metal background.
• Understanding of press brake and metal-forming operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong people-management capability.
• Comfortable working permanent nights.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Fabrication Supervisor, Sheet Metal Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader looking for a night-shift leadership position?

We are recruiting for a hands‑on Metal Work Supervisor to lead a night‑shift production team within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role would suit someone who understands sheet metal and fabrication but also knows how to organise people, maintain production standards and keep work moving safely and efficiently.

The Role
