Job summary

Catering in Northampton, United Kingdom, is seeking a Case Maintenance Team Leader – Nightshift to manage the refrigeration case maintenance programme across defined regions. The role focuses on delivering high standards efficiently and in line with the company Health and Safety policy.

You will supervise a small team, coordinate schedules, train technicians, and liaise with store management and clients to ensure quality and energy efficiency, working on a permanent night shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Supervises small teams and ensures adherence to health and safety policies.

• Able to work with minimal supervision and travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the case maintenance team and ensure schedules are completed within timescales.
• Deliver training to the case maintenance technician.
• Communicate with Store Management and client to provide updates and secure sign-off.
• Maintain equipment, tools and vehicle to ensure fit-for-purpose condition.
• Ensure energy efficiency across systems and comply with health & safety policies.
