• Carry out planned refrigeration case maintenance across multiple sites.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policy and company standards.
• Represent City Facilities Management professionally with clients.
• Support case maintenance teams to meet SLA targets.
• Complete tasks within allocated time and meet quality expectations.
• Attend necessary training to keep skills up to date.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines as needed.
• Work to achieve company KPIs and energy-efficiency goals.
