Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Environmental Services are seeking a Nightshift Manager- Cleaning, based at Holyrood, Edinburgh. You will deliver high service standards, ensuring SLA compliance and adherence to cleaning specifications and procedures.

Main duties include auditing cleaning standards, performing nightly checks, maintaining Health and Safety culture, driving site improvements, and training nightshift staff in procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Team player but able to work independently.
• Reliable, trustworthy and organised.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages.
• Undertake any other related duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• To ensure all aspects of the cleaning service are carried out and maintained to the required standard.
• To conduct compliance audits / inspections of internal cleaning standards and documentation.
• To carry out nightly checks to ensure all tasks have been completed.
• To maintain the highest standards of Health and Safety culture on site.
• To drive improvements in the site cleaning standards.
• To provide training and awareness for all nightshift staff in all procedures relevant to their role.

ROLE: Nightshift Manager

HOURS: Sunday to Thursday, 37.5 hours, 10pm - 6am

POSITION: Site Based, no travel

SALARY: £33,150

LOCATION: Holyrood, Edinburgh
