Glue Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with one of the world's leading manufacturers of premium composite products, seeking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer.

This role is based in Coventry and offers a £56,000 annual salary with a three-night-per-week shift pattern (Sun-Tue, 17:45-06:15). You will maintain the manufacturing facility, support new equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement across production teams.

Competenze

• Previous maintenance engineer experience in manufacturing with mix of mechanical and electrical work.
• Level 3 mechanical or electrical engineering qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with reactive, preventive and planned maintenance.
• Knowledge of CMMS systems.

Mansioni

• Respond to mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and implement repairs.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain CMMS records and perform condition monitoring.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams on improvements.
• Promote health and safety culture.
