Job summary

Agincare in Minehead is hiring a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes, enabling them to live with dignity. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, shopping, meals, and companionship, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

The role requires a kind, compassionate approach, availability for night shifts (10pm–7am), a full UK driving licence, and at least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Availability for sleeping night shifts (10pm-7am).
• Full UK driving licence required.
• At least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK (sponsorship not offered).

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily routines and personal care.
• Assist with shopping, meals, and daily tasks.
• Provide companionship and a listening ear.
• Assist with medications where required.
