Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Senior Care Assistant in Minehead to support clients in their own homes with personal care and daily routines. You will build relationships with clients and families while upholding high care standards.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months care experience and a full UK driving licence, with shifts around 7am–10pm and weekends on a rotation. Training and career development are fully funded.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ Level 2 is preferable.
• Full UK driving licence is required to visit clients at their homes.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week with varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
• Support and mentor new members of the care team.
• Carry out occasional spot checks to maintain care standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
