Job summary

ESP Care seeks a Nightshift Support Worker in the Swansea area to assist residents with daily living, monitor health, and support a multidisciplinary team. The role involves manual handling with equipment and maintaining dignity and privacy for service users.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 6 months UK care experience (within last 3 years).
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Willing to undergo DBS and reference checks.
• Able to follow home policies and procedures.
• Good communication, organisation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living (washing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
• Review and contribute to individual care plans.
• Report with senior healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Accurately document observations and progress.
• Maintain safeguarding and infection control standards.
