Job summary

ESP Care is seeking a Nightshift Support Worker in Hirwaun to assist elderly residents in a care home setting. You will help with daily living activities, maintain safety, and support residents with health needs while upholding dignity and respect.

The role offers weekly PAYE pay, pension enrollment, and holiday pay. Candidates should have DBS and references in place and be able to work nights or flexible shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 years.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Right to work in the UK and DBS/reference checks will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with activities of daily living.
• Contribute to individual care plans and report to senior staff.
• Document observations and progress accurately.
• Maintain safeguarding and high standards of care.
