ARR Craib Ltd is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver in the United Kingdom. The role covers loading and unloading, pallet handling, and using the warehouse system and scanner to locate goods and manage dispatch.

You will contribute to efficient warehousing operations within a busy transport environment. The ideal candidate holds a current Counterbalance licence and has experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Experience in a busy transport/warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Strong organisation and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of collection and delivery vehicles.
• Unloading night trunk vehicles for Pallet networks.
• Reloading pallets onto delivery vehicles.
• Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch.
• Assisting with wrapping and labelling of pallets.
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy.
• Opening and closing trailer curtains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading of collection and delivery vehicles.
• Unloading of night trunk vehicles for Pallet networks.
• Reloading pallets onto delivery vehicles.
• Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch.
• Assisting when required within the warehouse to include wrapping and labelling of pallets.
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy.
• Opening and Closing trailer curtains.

Requirements:

• You must hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a busy transport/warehouse operation preferred.
• Accuracy and excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Working to deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
