ARR Craib Ltd is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse operations. You will load and unload, shunt trailers, scan pallets, and handle goods using a WMS system, while maintaining a safe, clean yard environment.

This role requires a valid Counterbalance licence, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively under deadlines. We offer a competitive salary, night shift hours 00:00–10:00, training programs, and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous experience in a busy transport/warehouse operation preferred.
• Accuracy and excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading collection, delivery, and trunking vehicles.
• Shunting trailers around the yard in a safe and efficient manner.
• Unloading trunk vehicles for pallet networks and reloading pallets onto delivery vehicles.
• Scanning pallets in and out using handheld scanners and the warehouse management system.
• Receiving, locating, picking, and dispatching goods within the warehouse.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties, including pallet wrapping and labelling.
• Opening and closing trailer curtains as required.
• Completing a small amount of computer-based administration and system updates.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy warehouse and yard environment.
