Sainsbury's Limited in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Nightshift. The role drives overnight replenishment, organises the warehouse, and stocks shelves to ensure a smooth morning start for customers.

You will lead an overnight team, manage safety and welfare, and influence KPIs such as availability and service both during and after shifts. This permanent, full-time position includes a £4,500 premium and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading overnight store teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage replenishment, stock, and KPI delivery.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight team to deliver replenishment and prioritise deliveries, organise warehouse and replenish shelves.
• Run full store operation overnight, responsible for shift and safety/wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning so the store is ready to serve customers.
• Manage performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay.
