NHS Lanarkshire invites applications for a part-time Registered Nurse to support the Overnight Nursing Service in the Airdrie locality. The role focuses on delivering high-quality community nursing care during night shifts, ensuring safe, person-centred interventions across age groups, and collaborating with patients, carers and other agencies.

The post requires valid NMC registration, excellent teamwork, and strong communication. A full UK/EU driving licence is also required.

• Excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative.
• Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan and implement care programmes in partnership with patients, families and carers.
• Deliver community nursing practices in line with NHS Lanarkshire policies and guidance.
• Be aware of public protection responsibilities and current best practice guidelines.
• Cover caseloads during sickness, absence and annual leave as required by the team.
