Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire invites applications from registered nurses to join the Community Nursing team at Houldsworth Centre. You will provide high-quality nursing care in the community, working in partnership with patients, families and carers to plan and deliver safe, person-centred care.

We offer a permanent role at 36 hours per week with NHS pension, annual incremental progression and generous sick leave provisions.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
• Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Commitment to person-centred care in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement care with patients and carers.
• Deliver community nursing duties per NHS Lanarkshire policies.
• Maintain CPD for safe and effective practice.
• Cover caseload during short periods of absence when required.
