The Holiday Inn Bristol-Filton, operated by LGH Hotels Management, seeks a dependable Night Team Member to support hotel operations overnight, ensuring guests feel safe, comfortable and well supported during the night shift.

Ideal candidates are calm, reliable and practical, understanding that reassurance and routine are essential to a positive overnight guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain safety and security procedures throughout the night shift.
• Carry out regular security checks across the hotel.
• Provide general overnight support to hotel departments.
• Assist with light maintenance or housekeeping tasks if required.
• Set up meeting rooms and public areas as needed.
• Serve food and beverages to guests during the night.
• Check guests in and out when required.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, following hotel procedures.
• Complete basic reports and handover notes for management.
