Job summary

Blue Ribbon in Accrington is seeking a dedicated Nights Support Worker to join our Supported Living service. You will help people with autism and learning disabilities to live as independently as possible, with person-centred support and care.

In this full-time, on-site role you will assist with personal care, daily tasks, meals, medication administration, and community access, while keeping records up to date and ensuring safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when working alone.
• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Enable access to a full range of activities aligned to individual choices.
• Follow person-centred care plans to meet needs and preferences.
• Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and maintaining a safe home.
• Complete care records, fluid and nutrition charts, and incident reports.
• Administer and record medication safely and accurately.
• Support meal preparation, domestic tasks, and community access.
