Overview

The Night supervisor role ensures the team are working in a safe environment within our compliance requirements and the right standard. The Supervisor supports and leads the shift towards meeting our internal goals and SLA's whilst maintaining a high standard of service for both internal and external customers. Annual salary is £32,988 with an annual night allowance of £2,999.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Making sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

Monday to Friday 00:00 – 09:00

40 hours per week.

Salary: £32,988.00 PA with an annual night allowance of £2,999.
