Job summary

JDR Recruitment Swansea is recruiting for a number of Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing environment in Coedely/Llantrisant for permanent night shifts Sunday to Thursday, 10pm to 6am. You will work on bottling and packing lines, operate and monitor machinery, and help maintain high quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking and able to follow site procedures, with good attendance and timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production/manufacturing/FMCG desirable.
• Full availability to work night shifts Sun–Thu.
• Able to follow site procedures and quality standards.
• Good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor fast-paced bottling lines.
• Feed products and packaging materials onto production lines.
• Pack, label and prepare finished products.
• Carry out basic quality checks.
• Keep work area clean, safe and organised.
• Follow health and safety and hygiene procedures.
• Collaborate with other operators and shift supervisors to meet targets.
• Support across production areas as needed.

Production Operators - Night Shift

Location: Coedely / Llantrisant
Shift: Sunday Night - Thursday Night 10pm until 0600am.
Night Shift Only

JDR Recruitment Swansea are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operators to join a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment in the Coedely / Llantrisant area.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates who are available to work permanent night shifts, Sunday night through to Thursday night.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern production environment, working as part of a team involved in the manufacturing, bottling and packing of a range of consumer products.

The Role

As a Production Operator, your duties may include:

• Working on fast-paced production and bottling lines

• Operating and monitoring production machinery

• Feeding products and packaging materials onto production lines

• Packing, labelling and preparing finished products

• Carrying out basic quality checks throughout the production process

• Checking products for defects and ensuring they meet required standards

• Completing production paperwork where required

• Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe

• Following all site Health & Safety, hygiene and quality procedures

• Working closely with other Production Operators and Shift Supervisors to achieve daily production targets

• Supporting across different areas of production when required

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within production, manufacturing, FMCG, bottling, packing or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous, although we are also interested in reliable candidates who are keen to learn.

Successful candidates will need to:

• Be fully available to work night shifts Sunday through to Thursday

• Be comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment

• Have an excellent attitude towards attendance and timekeeping

• Be able to follow instructions and site procedures

• Work well as part of a team

• Have good attention to detail

• Be comfortable with repetitive and physical duties

• Be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and Health & Safety
