Job summary

Depaul UK in Durham is seeking a Night Young People Support Worker to empower residents in supported accommodation, helping them develop life skills and move forward with education, training, employment and wellbeing.

You will deliver personalised support plans, complete risk and needs assessments, respond to incidents and safeguard clients, and work with colleagues and external agencies to maintain safety and wellbeing during the night.
