Depaul UK is seeking a Young People Support Worker (Day) in Durham to empower residents in supported accommodation, helping young people build life skills and resilience, and move toward education, training, employment and wellbeing.

Using an assets-based, psychologically informed approach, you will create SMART support plans, complete risk and needs assessments, and ensure personalised, meaningful support while safeguarding clients and coordinating with partners and agencies.
