Job summary

Culina Group is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to join our Birmingham operation in a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment. You will lead around 10 colleagues during 4-on, 4-off nights (6pm–6am) and support the Shift Manager in achieving KPI targets and service levels.

You will drive safety, quality and operational standards, coach team members, and ensure stock is received, stored and made available efficiently. This role offers permanent, full-time employment at Culina.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Experience leading a team or supervising operations.
• Comfort handling alcohol products in Beer, Wines & Spirits operations.
• Excellent communication and ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 10 warehouse colleagues and drive shift performance.
• Promote health, safety, and quality standards across the operation.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure audit compliance.
• Deliver clear team briefings and manage goods-in/warehouse processes.
