Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor at our Daventry distribution centre to perform daily physical stock checks, verify loads against paperwork, and document results to ensure stock accuracy before dispatch.

You will work 38 hours per week, over 5 days, with 16:00-04:00 shifts, receive full training, and access benefits including pension, onsite parking, and wage-draw options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
• Follow site safety procedures and work efficiently in a mixed environment.
