Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join our site-based team at a customer distribution centre in Magor. You will physically check stock for accuracy, compare pallets and loads with paperwork, and report discrepancies clearly.

The role is full-time and permanent with full training provided. You will work 37.5 hours per week on 8-hour shifts across early to late patterns, with onsite parking and a chance for career progression and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse setting (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic calculations
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Must be aged 18 or over
• Own transport is required

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
• Verifying inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches promptly
• Working to daily targets and quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
• Following site safety procedures and working in a mixed environment
