Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor to join the site-based team in Doncaster. You will perform daily physical stock checks, verify pallets and loads against paperwork, and document results to ensure accuracy before goods leave the depot.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work to targets, and good communication. Full training provided; 40 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break, UK GDPR compliant data handling, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, audit, picking, dispatch).
• Strong attention to detail and basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies.
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately.
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally.
• Working to daily targets and quality standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
