Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor for a site-based role in Daventry. You will perform daily physical stock checks, ensure pallet, cage, and load accuracy, and report discrepancies to keep shipments compliant with paperwork and delivery requirements.

The role operates on 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with 8-hour night shifts 22:00–06:00. Full training provided; competitive salary £24,882 per annum and optional pension.

Qualifications

• Experienced in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with basic calculations
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Ability to follow instructions and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Must be aged 18+

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads
• Checking outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests
• Verifying the accuracy of inbound deliveries and reporting discrepancies
• Recording audit outcomes clearly and accurately
• Escalating stock errors or mismatches quickly and professionally
• Working to daily targets and quality standards
• Supporting continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues
• Following site safety procedures and working efficiently in a mixed environment
