GXO Northampton is hiring a Warehouse Operative to join a brand-new operation in Swan Valley. You’ll cover a 40-hour week on a two-week rota (Week 1: Mon–Fri; Week 2: Sun–Thu), with night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, operational or warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support goods-in, goods-out and stock control using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Pick and prepare stock safely and accurately to handle health, beauty, household and retail products.
• Work flexibly to meet daily productivity, service and accuracy targets within a fast-paced distribution centre.
